The member with shipper ID can get information on the latest shipping capacity and cooperation, and he has the right only to recruit carriers.
The member with carrier ID can only get information on the latest cargo information, and then proceed with the transaction.
 
 
       
It is important to choose the member ID during registration, for it will affect directly your operation in the future. There are three member ID: carrier, shipper and forwarder/ship agents. The carrier can only undertake to canvass and tender for carriage of cargo, the shipper can only seek for shipping capacity, whereas the forwarder/ship agents can operate both ways.
